Former Crunch star Scott Walker to appear at Game 4

Syracuse, NY – Former Syracuse Crunch forward Scott Walker will make an appearance at Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Semifinal between the Crunch and Springfield Falcons on Friday, May 17.

Walker, who is currently head coach of the Ontario Hockey League's Guelph Storm will be signing autographs and meeting fans in Memorial Hall during the first intermission.

Walker played with the Crunch as a member of the Vancouver Canucks during the 1994-95 and 1995-96 seasons. During that span he appeared in 89 games and totaled 67 points (17g, 50a) in addition to 16 games and 17 points (9g, 8a) during the 1996 post season. Walker went on to play in 829 regular season NHL games, earning 397 points (151g, 256a) with Vancouver, Nashville, Carolina and Washington. Walker skated in 30 NHL playoff games recording eight points (1g, 7a).

The Crunch have a 3-0 series lead over the Springfield Falcons in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference Semifinal.Single game tickets to Game 4 and Game 5 (if necessary) are on sale now. Second round playoff tickets range from $19 to $23 with special rates available for groups of 15 or more (day of game charges may apply).
