Crunch Release Right Wing Jeffrey Szwez

Syracuse, NY (January 30, 2008) – The Syracuse Crunch announced today that they have released right wing Jeffrey Szwez.
Szwez, 26, has appeared in 33 games this season with the Crunch, tallying 4 goals, 6 assists and 59 penalty minutes. A native of Etobicoke, Ontario, Szwez was signed by Syracuse as a free agent on September 22, 2006.
The Crunch’s next game is Friday, February 1 as they travel to Albany to take on the Albany River Rats.
