Crunch Sign Jon Mirasty

Syracuse, NY (December 6, 2007) – The Syracuse Crunch announced today that they have signed left wing Jon Mirasty to an American Hockey League contract.
Mirasty, 25, has appeared in 11 games this season for the Crunch, tallying 1 goal and 13 penalty minutes. A native of Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan, Mirasty was signed to a professional try-out contract on October 3, 2007.
The Crunch’s next game is Friday, December 7 as they travel to Grand Rapids to take on the Griffins. The Crunch return home Saturday, December 15 to battle the Hamilton Bulldogs at the War Memorial at Oncenter.
