The Syracuse Crunch announced today that they will hold their third annual Adopt-A-Kid Night on Sunday, March 30 against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.
The Syracuse Crunch Adopt-A-Kid Program gives underprivileged children and non-profit organizations in Central New York a chance to see a professional hockey game and receive a free Crunch souvenir.
The Crunch are asking area corporations and individuals to support this program by purchasing a block of tickets at a specially discounted price and donating them to a local non- profit group. Companies that participate will receive their name on the Verizon Wireless scoreboard throughout the night, acknowledgements during the Crunch radio broadcast on March 28, and recognition in an advertisement in the April 4 edition of The Business Journal.

Syracuse returns to the War Memorial at Oncenter this weekend Friday, March 14 and Saturday, March 15 to host the Rochester Americans. Both games are set for 7:30 p.m. Friday night is Cintas Rally Towel Night, where the first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive a Crunch towel, courtesy of Cintas. Saturday night is Empire Vision Centers Poster Night II, when all fans in attendance will receive a Crunch poster, compliments of Empire Vision Centers.
