The Syracuse Crunch announced today five potential schedules for the 2002 Calder Cup Western Conference Quarterfinals, pending the outcome of this week’s qualifying round match-ups featuring Chicago (7th seed) against Cincinnati (10) and Philadelphia (8) against Rochester (9)
The Crunch’s best-of-five first round series will pair them with the lowest-seeded team to come out of the qualifying round, either Cincinnati, Rochester or Philadelphia.
The five potential first round series are as follows:
Scenario #1 – Cincinnati (10) defeats Chicago (7) in two or three games
