
The Syracuse Crunch announced today that local band New Day will perform at the Crunch’s March 23 game against Chicago.
New Day will be playing prior to the Crunch’s March 23 game and during the first and second intermissions in the Crunch Club, located in the lower level of the War Memorial at Oncenter.
New Day plays a variety of songs from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today. The bands original material is in consideration for national radio, TV and movie syndication. New Day has played such establishments as Coleman’s Authentic Irish Pub, Syracuse Stage, Harborfest, The Stoop and Mully’s. The bands debut album will look to hit stores this summer.
The Crunch hosts Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Friday, March 18 at 7:30 p.m. for Empire Vision Centers Poster Night II. Saturday, March 19 is Coca-Cola and POWERADE DVD Night at the Crunch, when Syracuse hosts Rochester at 7:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473-4444, at the Oncenter Box Office, located on the State Street side of the War Memorial or by calling TicketMaster at (315) 472-0700.
