Wouldn't it be great if we could bottle Saturday's 9-2 victory against Hamilton?

The game had everything a fan, Crunch fan that is, could ask for: hard hits and aggressive play, exciting goals and a few scraps.

Simply put, our boys took care of business from the get-go and didn't let up.  They jumped on a Hamilton team which might have been road weary after a game the night before in Grand Rapids.  Rather than allowing Hamilton to set the pace, we took it to them early and often.

I certainly like what I've seen of late.  Every one of our players appears to be playing with an edge and attitude.  Word around the hockey community, and specifically on web sites like hockeyfights.com, are that our Crunch are an old-school hockey team.  To me, that's a great compliment.

I had the opportunity to spend some time with Karl Goehring back at the hotel following Saturday's game.  He remains one of the nicest guys ever to put on a Crunch uniform and is thrilled to be back "home."  We're delighted to have him.

Looking forward to seeing all of you at the holiday party on Thursday.
